An impressive and poignant performance, honest to the core. I laughed, I cried, I remembered my own childhood and it hit home with my wife and I raising our twins and I know it was close to my wife’s heart.... full review

This show is pure magic. Beautifully written and masterfully performed. I can’t remember the last time I have been so moved. If you are a mother, had a mother, or just want to become familiar with the concept, this show is a must see.... full review

This was not just a look into the messiness and beauty that is motherhood ( which I personally can't relate to), but a story about one's identity. Losing it, finding it, and figuring out who we are somewhere in between all that ( and that I can absolutely relate to). April's powerful story has you think back at all the relationships in your own life. It brings you back to your own childhood and one's thoughts and dreams. It makes you aware of your lineage, your past, your history, where you come from and how we are all connected. All through April sharing HER story. This was a beautiful, powerful story and I urge everyone to go see it. You will leave moved and inspired. ... full review

Clementine is a beautiful show. April Wish's acting is so incredible - she flips through so many expert characters, and can go from comedy to drama in seconds. She's so powerful up there - I can safely call her a certified tour de force! Seriously this is a fab show -- it's really touching and it definitely made me cry as I drove home thinking about it. Can't recommend enough. Loved this story about her family and all the generations of women in it -- and a beautiful set! ... full review

A beautiful summation of what it means to be a mother. April has a gift for poetic storytelling. She attacks the piece with infectious passion. She is raw, honest, touching, hilarious, heart-wrenching. You literally feel like you are transported into her living room. As a mother, she made me re-think things from a new perspective...and that is worth it's weight in gold. A simply wonderful show!!... full review

From the moment April Wish stepped on stage through her final syllable I was on the edge of my seat, riveted by her every word. A roller-coaster of a theater event, the entire audience would collectively roar with laughter in one moment and shed tears in another. Such an incredibly brave and vulnerable performance. I left feeling like I'd just had an intimate experience with a dear friend. All I can say is "wow". I loved this show. ... full review

Its about being a woman, its about being a daughter, but mostly about finding who you are, beyond the most importnt title in the world: Mom. I laughed, I cried, I got to get a glimpse into the REAL, REAL of motherhood and giving birth. April is an amzing actress, I love the vagina dialouge...genius. I loved this wonderful story of four generations of family and motherhood.... full review

Wow... I haven’t laughed like that in a long time. And I haven’t laughed and then cried (and then laughed again 90 seconds later) like that... ever. I walked away with that feeling that I’d just experienced something more powerful than I could put into words. Such a great performance by a talented artist. ... full review
