A hilarious parody of a solo show anyone in LA has most likely been forced to sit through. Perfectly written, performed and directed, this joyful ride of a play is filled with hot tips and inside jokes... I probably should have watched this show BEFORE putting up my own solo show. Funny and engaging, Matt and Jim are perfection together as they tear each other apart and lead us through the inner workings of a stage show gone terribly awry. You'll laugh, as a solo show performer you'll probably cringe and feel the need to apologize to the world and you'll leave begging can someone get that damn song out of my head?!? ... full review

This is as much a sly how-to guide as a how-not-to comedy roller coaster. Matt wields a library of tropes and cringeworthy personality hemorrhages to castigate those of us who, well, showed up late and didn't finish the rewrites.... full review

Long-time Fringe veteran Matt Richey has mounted his best show ever, a show that would sweep the Tonys if it was on Broadway. It told the story that every stage manager has probably experienced at one time or another, and allowed said Stage Manager to say and do things they’ve always dreamed of doing.... full review

A fantastic, high energy, laugh out loud one man TOUR DE FORCE! It reminded me what absolute FUN it can be to go to the theatre. A MUST SEE.... full review

A very smart parody of the one-man show, Ritchey shows his talent in creation and characterization in surprising and engaging ways.... full review

I hated every moment of this show. It was painful, embarrassing, and drawn out. And everyone should see it. Especially if you have ever worked with a stage manager. ... full review

I need more opportunities to see Matt Ritchey onstage. He's got this voguing-esk timing coupled with a deeply truthful and reactive stage presence. This ridiculous one-man-epic-fail seamlessly speaks to a number of deep rooted emotional experiences in the fringe community. Also, Jim Niedzialkowski?? Come on. So great.... full review

A high concept, clever spin on amateur one-person shows. While the proverbial mirror to the Hollywood Fringe audience certainly hangs and reflects truth, it doesn't rely on that device or a working knowledge/participation in the industry to laugh at the material.... full review
