Not only does this play wrestle with some very important questions in our modern zeitgeist, but the escalation of conflict is masterful - just when I thought the play was easing up, it would twist the knife a little harder. Made me uncomfortable in a good good way....

Intellectually stimulating and emotionally gripping, Skin Jobs raises questions on artistic integrity, ethical journalism, and the bonds of friendship.
What do you do when both sides of the racial/gender diversity arguement that permeates Hollywood in 2018 are both simultaneously right and wrong?
The performances highlight the author's words with ease.
And we are left with a feeling that reflects modern sentiment: it's a fucked up industry...but what are you going to do?...

Brilliant writing. It touches on the subject of controversial issues and the effects it places on the actors involved in it. The portrayal of the two friends' conflict was so real. Skinjob delicately addresses differing viewpoints through both characters while taking the biases of social status in mind. Kerri and Viv are right in ways while also wrong in others too. The writers spared no expense on this 30-minute show through a rich narrative. I enjoyed every second of it. ...
