“GO!”
—L.A. Weekly

“Think Hitchcock with a dash of ‘The Twilight Zone.’ The writing is as good as the performances.”
—Lovell Estell III, L.A. Weekly

“The beauty and the complexity of this story comes through clear in every detail of staging and acting.”
—Erin Scott, LA Theatre Review

“A short, clever one-act.”
—Gregory Crafts, Theatre Unleashed

“Simple, sweet, and with a delightful twist at the end.”
—Kat Primeau

“This coffeehouse brews up mystery.”
—Summer Litwin

“Basically, all of those people who say JUST GO SEE THIS? They. Are. Dead. On. Seriously, people. This man can write a fiercely tight, multi-layered tale that comes in at 1/2-hour (!!!) and deserves no spoilers. The actors who bring it home are superb. Dude. Awesome.”
—Pam Noles

“An entertaining and an emotionally charged play well worth seeing. Don’t miss it!”
—Mike Bryant

“Terrific concept…riveting…excellent work.”
—Sam Vieira

A game of chess between a lonely writer and a woman of mystery leads to a surprising endgame and an unexpected mate.
