The performances were top-notch, and I really enjoyed some of the monologue stories the characters shared - they felt very true and had a real emotional depth. Given this was the first play I had ever been to, I was uncertain what to expect or how everything could come together in order to keep my interest in a live and short story setting. I am more of a movie kind-a-girl. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The actors had passion and conviction for the characters they became and the story was believable and heartfelt. I enjoyed some smiles, laughs, sadness, and most of all hope and deliverance as the story took me on a journey - one I could easily relate to. The plot was real and the emotions behind each scene were as if these characters actually existed. "Lost in Falling" is a show I'd see twice, maybe three times. The play successfully portrays human struggle - from childhood traumas to common adulthood problems - in the simplest of ways. The set design is simple, yet clearly thought out. The acting is fantastic, especially the lead actress - I could watch her over and over! Go see this. You only have 2 weeks left.... full review

An intimate, heartfelt glimpse into the life of two individuals searching for answers. A huge nod to Frank Ledezma's directing, which flowed wonderfully between the present and past: the movement kept everything engaging. A very powerful piece by Brandon Gillette. "Lost In Falling" is a very heartfelt and honest piece by Brandon Gillette. In the unlikely setting of a rooftop, two strangers find a connection by piecing together key events in their lives that have led them to want to end it all. The cast and crew have done a great job of bringing Brandon's vision to life, especially in such a small theater space. Well done! ... full review

A very interesting story line all taking place on a rooftop, which goes back in time for memories. Without giving anything away, this play and the characters hold a unique stance for a situation and connection that can happen by chance. Thought provoking work.... full review

Loved it! Like therapy for a nation of lost lovers. I don’t want to ruin the story for you but it’s definitely a piece worth seeing. There was a moment where the entire audience jumped off their seats from the suspense. I was humbled by the outstanding actors most of them are the crème de la crème of L.A. and the black box theater didn’t hold them back an inch which testifies to the outstanding direction of Frank Ledezma who never allowed the suspense to drop. I walked out of the theater reminded about the importance of love and the need of theater to illustrate such themes. Thank you Mr. Gillette for writing such a wonderful play and I pray the world gets to see this. ... full review
