My overall impression
Michael Evans Lopez is an amazing performer. He is able to subtly engage and shift characterization to tell a complex, bizarre – and quite often charming – story directed very, very well by Maria Pasquarelli. I was fascinated to see where the story would take me, and surprised…and sometimes confused…but I was glad to be on the ride. For me, the storyline with the dog and the neighbor were the most engaging. I could see Danny and Buddy on all kinds of adventures together! Great work!
