What is not to love about this spoofy, goofy, sci-fi musical? TIMEHEART had me laughing, crying (from laughing), crying (from crying too hard from laughing), to applauding vigorously during curtain call. The love put into this show really shines through each performer on stage. Each person is having a blast on stage which is the precise reason you want to see this show! The Fringe Festival sometimes gets clouded by people who are doing art simply for arts sake or blinded by the drive for awards, a sold out run, or the possibility of an extension. But this group takes the Hollywood Fringe Festival, punches it in the face, and says "We are going to have fun and you can't stop us!" This show is exactly what THFF is all about! A (inter)stellar c... full review

You must see this show! Timeheart is a freaking blast!! Dave reels us in with Greenstreet's first song and we're hooked. Brilliant, fun songs are strung through the entire show and we are constantly in this beautiful sci-fi world! The cast dives into the lovely oddities together and head-first! I'm thrilled to see Timeheart's life-after-Fringe! I can't wait to see it again and to see what's next from this awesomely creative bunch!!... full review

If the a-mah-zing poster for this show left you with high expectations... You will not be disappointed! I have seen a looooot of shows at this year's Fringe... And of all of them, this one seems to have taken the temperature of the Fringe, and of the LA theater community, PERFECTLY. It is the most fantastic and well-proportioned mix of large-scale musical and live comedy I can honestly imagine... It's got something for everybody -- sci-fi geeks, Broadway babies, and improv junkies alike. It's like Dr. Who meets Les Miz at Second City. I laughed hysterically and had my nerd-brain thoroughly tickled and went 'AWWWWW' more than once. It's a gladiator show of singing space explorers. Three very enthusiastic alien thumbs up for this mega-sized fu... full review

A riotously gleeful romp through time and space written and performed by a talented troupe that clearly understands musical structure and genre. From Kat Primeau's hauntingly beautiful first note as the titular Timeheart they capture the tone of old school sci-fi perfectly. The sheer joy of Chris Bramante's delightfully awkward and hopeful Bruce Greenstreet is infectious. Molly Dworsky sings some gorgeous numbers as Melody McMoon and has a sweet and tart chemistry with Greenstreet. The entire cast is top notch and clearly game for anything. Timeheart is unabashedly silly and unexpectedly touching while hitting every trope a sci-fi fan could hope for. A genre love letter imprinted on silly putty and stretched to glorious proportions.... full review

Phenomenal! Incredibly talented cast, terrific music, fun story, very funny, hits all the right notes! Think DR. WHO and HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE thrown in a blender with ROCKY HORROR. Then stop thinking and buy tickets to TIMEHEART.... full review

It's so good, I can't even stand it. Tell your friends, tell you neighbors, tell your archenemies - everyone you know should see this show! If you only see one theatrical production this year, make it Timeheart! This has all the makings of a cult classic with one exception: it's brand new to the world and needs other people to fall in love with its heart and wit the way I did last night. Go!... full review

TIMEHEART is a an achievement in pure, genuine theatrical genius. This show has all the makings of a hardcore cult classic! From the ominous beginning with the "Timeheart" setting the scene, to the epic finale where "Bruce Greenstreet" is forced to make the ultimate sacrifice, this show takes the audience on a retro sci-fi adventure that is worth every penny. What makes this show so wonderful is the cast. Each character is sold to us 100%, and the world they create, live, and breathe in, is so well conceived, it draws the viewer into this crazy time warp and never lets up. Coming from an improv troupe, this show blends the best of both worlds of scripted and "off the cuff." It allows the talented cast to use their improv skills... full review

What a delight! Incredibly intricate and polished harmonies, but always with an emotional gut punch. Dave Reynolds embodies all I want to see in a leading man/ every man, and Chris Bramante absolutely slaughtered me with his old school comic timing and precision. Brilliance all around- see this show!... full review

I saw Timeheart for their preview performance and it was a blast! The cast is hilarious and sharp, the writing is ridiculous and at the same time has wit and heart. The music is great, and the energy was contagious. The performers were really with the audience the whole show, and it allowed for a really fun and interactive show. Out of the shows I've seen so far the playful spirit and chutzpah of this group really spoke to me in regards to the energy Hollywood Fringe shows should have.... full review

If Xanadu and Back to the Future had a lovechild, Timeheart would be it. Great writing/improv that was full of puns and plays on words, catchy tunes sung along with a live band, and costumes straight out of a comic book, this was a well-rounded, expertly executed treat for all 5 senses (plus the 5 more that have been discovered).... full review
