About the Project
CHUNKS is a series of hilarious and intimate stories about finding yourself in gross and ungraceful ways. One of the “rawest and raunchiest” comics in her former home of Chicago, Bergh has received rave reviews for her honesty and cathartic storytelling. CHUNKS had a great run at Studio Be, Powell’s Bookstore and was in the Chicago Women’s Funny Festival. The Chicago Reader writes, “Bergh doesn’t hold back on the uncomfortable details of her life, nor does she hesitate to make fun of herself, sucking every last drop of awkwardness out of each anecdote. And she certainly doesn’t shy away from gross stories: the title of the piece has nothing to do with her weight.”
