Caitlin Bergh is an “aggressively honest” funny lady living in Los Angeles (The Steamroller). Bergh is a co-writer, co-producer and co-star of the web series #Hashtag, which Indiewire identified as a potential “next Broad City.” A stand-up comedian and storyteller, Bergh was named as one of the “rawest and raunchiest stand-ups in the city” in her former home of Chicago (Chicago Reader). She has won numerous live storytelling contests, including The Moth, Write Club and Shame That Tune. Bergh’s one-woman show, Chunks, a series of graphic and personal vignettes, received rave reviews from the Chicago Reader and Gapers Block. Bergh has been praised for “injecting some much-needed prurience into the too-often navel gazing storytelling scene,” and she frequently receives texts from her mom saying that she should have replaced Jay Leno (Brightest Young Things). Bergh has opened for Pete Holmes, Eddie Pepitone, Rory Scovel, Jay Larson and Nick Thune. Currently, Bergh co-runs a stand-up show called Travel Size Comedy in Hollywood. This summer, she featured for Orange is the New Black’s Lea Delaria and filmed season two of #Hashtag (to be released January 2015).
