About the Project
Hot Coffee is an all-Black sketch comedy group that performs every last Friday of the month at The HIT/Broadwater Theater in Hollywood. With a membership spanning different countries, cities, backgrounds, and ages, they bring a vast POV that lampoons the idea of the Black experience (here or anywhere else) being homogenoeous. No subject is too taboo or off-limits. There’s black comedy, then there’s Black comedy. With Hot Coffee there’s no better blend.
