My overall impression
Armed with a hula hoop and an intense gaze, RM takes the room for a ride. Through a strong commitment to the character of the hoop alien, a willingness to follow in-the-moment discoveries in the room, and tasteful tonal shifts, RM kept me captivated throughout this piece. The ending is satisfying and changed my perspective on hoop aliens, hoops, and humanity.
