I laughed, I cried, and then I healed!!!! Rachel’s raw performance and vulnerability kept me entranced in this play. The timing, sounds/music, lighting, choreo really brought the whole moment of celebrating Rachel and her beautiful momma to life. Thank you Rachel for bringing this beautiful and cathartic piece to the fringe festival to share with us!!!! ... full review

A beautiful, grounded show about a woman processing her mother's death. Rachel's writing and performance was grounded, candid, and gutwrenching. The audience was pulled in from the start and there was not a dry eye in the house by the final blackout. ... full review

Such a heartfelt and hilarious show. As someone who also lost his mother, I can 100% relate to the "worst day of your life" scenario and the desire to go back and "do over" your final day with your mother. Rachel Austin nails it. It's as if she went into my mind and put it on stage. It was a pleasantly cathartic story, and she gave a dynamite performance.... full review

The Do Over captures everything that a life-changing day could possibly contain. Joy, anxiety, laughter, a primal scream and a quiet goodbye. Rachel Austin is on fire, and it's the kind of show that will make you call a loved one right after. It just so happens the music is also catchy as hell. Stunning on all counts. ... full review

I was a wreck (in a good way$m) at the show’s conclusion. We had the incredible opportunity to witness what I believe was true healing onstage. So happy I got to see it!... full review
