Lucas James Nelson's "Angst" details an unnerving, cluttered and very funny inner monologue of imaginative proportions. Performed to the hilt by Spencer Weitzel and Theo Fay, "Angst" is the actor's nightmare for writers, trudging through the land mines of self doubt, ability, one's own worth, and poking fun at the Fringe itself, "Angst" is an all-too short discovery play, leaving this theatre-goer wanting more!...

Great play, really fun experience -- felt like the medium was really utilized in every material way! Amazing performances by both actors, and tight, very engaging writing! Loved the mix of humor and bits of drama, felt for both end, and never felt disrupted....

A very funny and concise show. Every Fringer will laugh ruefully at the meta jokes, and it's so fast paced it's over before you know it....

Very personal and meta. An almost irritatingly incisive, and yet hilarious, view of one's inner monologue-- the battle we sometimes wage with ourselves in our own mind....
