An atmospheric look at isolation and mental health, there's more than meets the eye in "The Delulu Diaries," Lucy Isaula's perplexing and harrowing break-in scenario solo play. Lucy does a great job with a tender and raw, yet suspenseful solo piece. I loved how vulnerable she was, how she used the conceit of a burglar, how she didn't shy away from sharing her fears. Relatable: the fear of being single and dying and what happens next. She really "went there" in this piece, and I couldn't applaud her more. I left wanting to be friends with this character. ...

This show really keeps you on your toes!!! It had me feeling for the character while laughing so much at the same time. Such a beautifully executed performance, and the storytelling keeps you intrigued and curious about what’s coming next. Every scene feels intentional, and the way the emotions hit! one moment you’re cracking up, the next you’re completely invested - is so well done. It leaves you shocked, but also with a sense of hope, which is such a powerful balance to strike. Truly hoping this amazing show continues for many more seasons because it deserves all the recognition and love!...

Such a well-rounded story about womanhood, grief, and the unique perspective of seeing everything but never being listened to. I was happy to listen and hear some of my own thoughts and have my mind opened to the parallel struggles every woman experiences that are slightly different from my own but in the same genre, if that makes sense. (sorry if it doesn’t)...
