About the Project
The Delulu Diaries is an offbeat horror comedy about a ditzy delusional unnamed woman who’s apartment is broken into in the middle of the night. As The Woman confronts her faceless intruder, she’s forced to also face her own demented delusions. Will she survive the danger that haunts her outside her bedroom door or will her own delusions be her untimely demise?
Blending heart, humor, poetry, social commentary, and all the angsty millenial delulu feels; The Delulu Diaries explores themes like the promise of The American Dream, mental health, grief, and it asks: Is everyone else seeing what I’m seeing?
Come for the laughs, stay for the existential dread! The Delulu Diaries is what happens when you put Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and I May Destroy You in a bowl and mix it all together: a delightful emotional journey.
