About the Project
The six singers of Harmony’s Edge met in college, then exploded onto the popular music scene in 1965. They rose rapidly with stirring concerts and two hit singles, but within a year they crashed from strife, betrayals and drugs. But somehow the dream survived and, despite heavy baggage from the past, the group tries to reunite in 1969. This show is the opening concert in their “California Comeback Tour,” and despite the thrilling music that tells of their troubles, they are still struggling with great internal conflicts. Will they be able to overcome their past and finally realize the dream that never died?
