Not sure why I ever thought to myself that I didn't like magic shows. After seeing "I Am Not a Spy," I realized I love magic shows, and Katrina Kroetch brings it all, in this fun and satisfying blend of performance art and stage magic. I want to see it again because I want Ms. Kroetch to show me how I can turn twine into pearls. Then there's the matter of that ring...this show will keep you on your toes and leave you befuddled at some of the tricks Kroetch has up her sleeve....

Katrina is a wonder! A fantastic show, very on-theme. It's tremendously well-written--not just tying the magic together, but to do so completely on-theme AND while weaving a consistent and engaging storyline? Unreal!...

A clever take on magic and a fantastic Fringe offering. Is she a spy or not? Katrina's charm draws people into the act becoming part of the story. Complete with jaw dropping illusions that will have you leaving the theater wondering, "how did she do that?" Spy or not, she's got the charisma to put the audience at ease for a nice, entertaining night out. I hope Katrina continues the evolution of this production. I will always say, "I saw it at the Hollywood Fringe first." :)...
