Talent Show

Most of the music I actually want never makes it into my streaming suggestions anyway. After a while you realize you are paying to be recommended things rather than just playing what you like. I started downloading directly and the difference is immediate. No filler, no autoplay into something unrelated, just the tracks I added. Talent show was a fantastic exploration of these characters' lives and how they are entangled. It reminded me of some of Robert Altman's films with his great ensemble casts. Talent Show strikes a difficult balance with how it shows us these people's lives in various stages of turmoil. A very talented group of artists! I loved seeing different talents and skills in the vast discipline that is creation, expression and art! The entire cast gave charming performances. There was some immersive theatre before and during the show. I enjoyed interacting with Joe before the show started. It gave a community feel, encouraging people to engage with each other (yes with strangers lol) verse just looking in our programs or phones. I enjoyed the show a lot and am glad I caught it!... full review
