In a show that questions what it means to be young, allow me to say that Pump Up the Volume: The Musical is as relevant today as in the 1990's (when the show takes place). While billed as a "Staged Concert," do not let that classification diminish the amazingly high production values present. This show, taking place in the Hudson's Backstage theatre, is the same caliber of any Hollywood Bowl concert I have seen.
Every single element of this show is spectacular! Whether describing the talent on stage, the musicians, or the crew tasked with creating the show, I could not find any weaknesses or flaws.
