Wow! Just a top-notch story with top-notch acting. It's not for the faint of heart as it's definitely a dark, dark play. But with more comedy in it than many comedies. It has a Martin McDonagh-feel to it. I imagine there's a deep future for this play in theaters everywhere. ... full review

Families are just the worst, right? With a dash of Shepard and a heaping scoop of fucked up, "Family Fries" is a twisted, riveting, and darkly funny plunge into chaos. Not to mention a very tasty fries recipe.... full review

Wow. Wow. Wow. This family dramedy is a knock out. There was a Broadway play, The Humans, that debuted a few years ago. It was also about a screwed up family. Funny and sad. It won the Tony for best play. This was better. Congratulations to everyone involved. One of the best plays I've ever seen.... full review

What an absolutely deranged, thrilling and hilarious production. There isn't a weak element in the whole damn thing. The writing, the directing, the acting. It all works so damn well. It has to have the greatest jokes-per-page ratio in the whole festival, just jam packed from start to finish. But in the hands of the exceptionally skilled cast, the jokes all land without losing the grim underpinnings of this dark, dark, dramedy. Completely unpredictable, jaw dropping moments throughout...just top of the game in everyway.... full review
