What I liked

Spencer Frankenberger leads the wayward motley crew with a jolly swagger, perfectly at ease with his effortless vocals and guitar, and with a joy that is infectious. I loved the vocal arrangements by Issac Lucero too, everyone the cast had a chance to shine and, uh… is Sloop John B actually a sea shanty? If it never was before, it is now! Well done all around. I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of this charming show.

My overall impression

In this absolute blast of a show, we are all swept away to the dank and deep of the Caribbean, so much so that I could smell the sea air and coral and hear the seagulls too. Inventive vocal arrangements and a plethora of instrumentation mixed in as well, culminated in an nicely balanced and charming show, that I could easily see playing 4 or 5 times a day at any appropriately themed Park, Ren Faire, Cruise Ship, or Pub corner. Or even Vegas!
