About the Project
Notes! From a Killer is a short absurdist horror musical exploring morality, identity, and vengeance. The narrative centers on a morally conflicted protagonist, The Killer, a psychiatrist struggling to reconcile their personal and professional ethics with a growing desire to “fix” the world by eradicating immoral people. The plot unfolds through exaggerated comedic scenarios and musical interludes between the Chorus, Angel, and Devil, who represent The Killer’s internal conflict. The pivotal question is what is justice and what is morality in a world where “right” and “wrong” are subjective and ever changing.
