This was my first show of the HFF25 . Sometimes you take a deep breath and go to a show to support a great artist and a friend. I had no idea Richard was much more than this. He was able to hold my attention with great wit and charm in his delivery of this story. How interesting could a LOG be? Very interesting in the hands of an able bodied Wordsmith and former English teacher. It was a great time and Bruno had his fingerprints all over this performance. Recommended... full review

I went into this show having read the book. So as a fan of the book already, Richard's performance of (this abridged version of) his masterful work only enriched the story further, bringing his beautifully detailed scenes to life in a very intimate setting. His performance was funny, charming, raw, and emotional.
