What I liked
I like how Dee didn’t shy away from tough topics and included it in the show. It’s very daring to bring up these topics especially in the current climate in the US, where there is so much divisiveness, and he was able to speak about racism, prejudice and the challenges he faced from his perspective in a honest way. Great cast, great writing and I’m happy I got to see the last show!
What I didn't like
I wonder what Dee’s show would look like as a one-man-show…food for thought for next Fringe. :)
My overall impression
I love how we had an insider look in the world from his POV. It felt like we were living the story with him, not just as bystanders in the audience. I’m so impressed with his storytelling style, and how he made even the hardest topics feel comfortable and at times even added humor as a commentary to things that go by unnoticed. Thank you for that! You did an amazing job and you should be proud of it!
