What I liked
The Border deals with fear, manipulation and oppression. Where it lacks in theatrical prowess, it more than makes up for in imagery, symbolism and raw, disturbing information. What was most disturbing about this show was the talk-back, with Suvorov and director, Ray Hanna, where the audience learns more about the goings-on in Russia under Putin and the fact that the playwright, Sergei Davydov, is living in exile in Berlin because of his writings. Much of this show hit closer to home than first realized. Freedom is a very fragile thing and the quicker we all wake up to this fact, the better. If we’re not careful, we could in turn, be responsible for our own downfall, and an end to this young experiment called the United States of America.
What I didn't like
Highlighting and focusing the point. The show tends to get lost within the script and it’s sometimes hard to follow. Keep honing!
My overall impression
I applaud this show and its message of complacency amid Geo-political manipulation.
