It was a frank and disturbing presentation of what the Russian population is dealing with in this genuine, dangerous war that they are not even allowed to discuss as "war"! One can readily relate to the powerlessness of a populace burdened by government censorship, lies, propaganda, and the cost of trying to reconcile reality within the confines of the repressive worldview.... full review

A thought provoking play that brings to light to the realities of the world. Misha’s artistic stamina and ability to convey the core truth of the story by himself makes you think about the world and how different societies and ideologies shape it. ... full review

A very moving and poetic show about the struggles and divisions that the war in Ukraine has had on Russians against it. Misha's acting was powerful and full of heart. He brought the writer's words to life with vibrancy and urgency. An important plea for peace through art.... full review

I am grateful to the entire team that participated in the creation and implementation of this performance. Special thanks to Misha Suvorov for playing the role. The performance really resonates with me, because I myself am an immigrant whose point of view differs from the state's, and who is faced with a lack of understanding from loved ones. I saw on stage caring, emotions, pain in the soul, love. I think this story should be heard all over the world. This performance is a support for immigrants like me. And this performance is the history of our country, which, despite propaganda, should be heard. People must realize that there is no reason in the world for what is happening. War. Once again thank you very much for your work! This is ve... full review

THE BORDER effectively deals with an important and timely subject: the opposition by many individuals in Russia to Putin's unprovoked attack on Ukraine. The performer commits fully to the solo narrative and the writing takes audiences to a place where the dilemma of misinformation and apathy mitigates against a humane understanding of others. A worthy project.... full review

I liked how the problem of those who left, disagreeing Russians and their relatives who believe that not everything is so simple is reflected and revealed. Relatives who support the regime. They impose their point of view, which was imposed on them by the propaganda of the criminal regime. In this performance I saw my relationship with my relatives.... full review
