THE BORDER effectively deals with an important and timely subject: the opposition by many individuals in Russia to Putin's unprovoked attack on Ukraine. The performer commits fully to the solo narrative and the writing takes audiences to a place where the dilemma of misinformation and apathy mitigates against a humane understanding of others.
