What makes this show especially unique is the artful theatricality she uses to do more than demonstrate the various shots and medical tools her condition requires, she's actually really doing all of these things. My overall impression was "I am impressed". I expected humor because Sarah is hilarious, but I got so much more. It was informative, heart wrenching, and I left not only knowing her on a deeper level, but a percentage of the population that I rarely think about.
