What I liked

The actors have excellent chemistry, the jokes are great, and when I saw it, the audience was fully invested in both the humor and the gore. Full belly laughs and “ewwwww”s all the way through. The special effects are SO GROSS, but in the best way.

It’s also really emotional and cathartic in a beautiful way. This play takes place in a surreal universe with unclear rules, where emotional wounds are physical and everyone has a signature “weapon” that they use in relationships. This metaphor could have easily been confusing, but instead it ends up perfectly supporting the story of chaotic and messy relationships.

What I didn't like

There were a few moments where it was hard to understand what the actors said, I think they could slow down just a little in the emotional moments

My overall impression

This show is shockingly funny for being a violent exploration of romance and relationship trauma.
