Baseball fan or not…I truly believe that you will LOVE this show! Brett is simply amazing! I attended the show with close friends and little baseball knowledge. Brett proved me wrong…I knew more about baseball than I imagined. His passion and knowledge of baseball is startling and his enthusiasm and stage presence match his knowledge of the game. The show has a lot of audience interaction, humor, and energy.

Batter Up: Double Play is a marvelous continuation of Brett Moore's previous Batter Up show in 2019. Masterfully juggling random trivia, incredible mental recall, and genuinely moving stories, Brett Moore makes you feel like you're chilling at home with a beer talking to your cool uncle about who won the World Series in 1954. Much needed in a week where we lost Willie Mays, probably the best to ever do it....

Batter Up is a home run, no doubt. Brett is engaging to watch, and I went in with okay baseball knowledge (not a requirement at all), and I left an even bigger fan of the sport -- it's a slam dunk in my book! Highly recommend this show as something Fringe-y but also airtight and packed with quality!...

Brett hits this one out of the park. After seeing this all-star line-up of trivia, nostalgia, and mental magic it's impossible for any fan, old or new, to leave without a newfound love of the game and its players throughout the years - all of whom Brett could gladly name if he had more than just an hour....

Brett Moore, just based on his encyclopedic knowledge of baseball alone, is worth the price of admission. But it's his affable and jovial nature as well as his ability to casually riff with the unexpected elements of the show that really seal the deal. His personal ties to baseball are interwoven with salient points about the general relevance of our national pastime, in a way that can resonate with casual and diehard fans alike (and even those who wouldn't use the "fan" label at all). Overall, taking baseball aside, watching someone explain their passion with the genuine fervor he does is easy to appreciate and enjoy....

You know how you have a friend who is so fervidly and joyously into something that you get caught in the undertow of their enthusiasm? This is that friend in Fringe show form. You don't need to catch every arcane reference about America's favorite sport to recognize true enthusiasm — and if it's slightly tinged with mania, it ends up being more endearing for it. Come reveal in another person's unabashed zest and human-encyclopedic knowledge....
