Rachel is an incredible performer, deftly switching between characters of all ages and temperaments while juggling audience interaction with ease. Each bit was uniquely hilarious, yet everything wove beautifully into a satirical examination of attachment theory & the ways in which our childhood affects our adulthood. The most excited and engaged crowd I’ve seen in ages, the people ate this up!
What I didn't like
While Rachel skillfully managed the tonal switch between chaotic hilarity and a gravely serious anecdote from the Holocaust, I wonder how this part of the narrative best fits into the show’s larger framework and the overall message.
My overall impression
Easily the funniest thing I’ve seen at Fringe this year. A gut-busting, relatable clown show crossed with a chaotic therapy session that will make you laugh until you cry for Mama.
