I really liked how the show was broken down into 10 minute sections featuring guest Fringers who could clown very well and endorse their shows. What a creative way to keep the spirit of Fringe alive!
Chanel the Clown made an impromptu song about my complaint that life is expensive. That song brought me much joy.
What I didn't like
My only complaint is that not everyone’s complaint was shared in the walkthrough interactive portion. I get it for time purposes (the forms are merely used as props), but I felt like one-line zingers addressing each one would be very entertaining.
My overall impression
I loved this show! What a wild ride of a fantasy-multidimensional-corporate-caricature of classic work bureaucracy. I got a comp ticket with my girl friend and had no idea what I was going to be pulled into…you start by getting a name tag and filling out your complaint on a form. Then, you get a guided tour of the different departments. It was an exciting adventure. I was greatly impressed of the timing and overall cohesion of the whole production. You could see a glimpse of a bit from the start to the end of the performance. Magnifique!
