What I liked
This was an experience – the lightheartedness with which complaints are addressed is so well-done. It’s not about dismissing the complaint – it’s heard, not solved (b/c how many complaints are really going to receive resolution) and the show moves on. Including performers from other shows is such a poetic example of the Hollywood Fringe community at whole – this really is a place to build up artists.

My overall impression
This is a unique concept and a really lovely way to showcase not just the artistic talent of the members of the Complaints Department, but of other Fringe shows as well. Bravo Peyton, Zander and everyone in the Complaints Department. I look forward to seeing this return!
