I loved how there were multiple Fringers were involved in the show and how they could promote their shows too. That really is in the spirit of the Fringe community.
What I didn't like
I wanted to see the Supervisor read and resolve complaints from the audience, but I do appreciate the mindfulness to get everyone out on time. Maybe shorten the guest spots so the Supervisor can have his moment with all of us?
My overall impression
The Complaints Dept is an absurd and surreal satire of corporate mundanity, and I appreciated just how interactive and diverse it was! Each character brought their own spin on engaging with each person’s complaints. The experience has you on your feet in different spaces that engage you with a different kooky character.
