My overall impression
Zander Raphael has combined a simultaneously funny and thought provoking premise with a love letter to the Fringe, where he uses his “department” to showcase performances from OTHER Fringe shows. The result is an unpredictable ride through the some of the best of Fringe, and this includes his mesmerizing and hilarious turn as the department head. Every show is different, and every show is worth it.
