The Complaints Dept is an absurd and surreal satire of corporate mundanity, and I appreciated just how interactive and diverse it was! Each character brought their own spin on engaging with each person's complaints. A silly, weird ride through sci-fi corporate bureaucracy. The goofy shenanigans start from getting in line to being escorted out of the exit. The actors were all fun. This is a staple of what a fringe show should be.... full review

This immersive show is a brilliant concept. Groups are led through multiple rooms where they encounter performers from other shows. As such, the experience may vary depending upon the time slot selected. The regular cast performs the show’s characters with over-the-top precision: robotic receptionist Deloris, our smiling tour guide Lucky with the demeanor of a used car salesman, and of course the ancient Supervisor.... full review
