One person shows can be like beating a dead horse with a quirk or a one-note joke – this show was not it. It was charming and funny.
What I didn't like
There were a couple of moments where my mind trailed off and I wasn’t as tuned into it as I could have been. That’s probably mostly my ADHD though. I also think that the parallel of the seriousness of this phobia could have been a little stronger. There were some beautiful moments were that came across and I wanted a little more.
My overall impression
She was so fun to watch and her relatable anxieties were sprinkled throughout the entire experience. The whiplash twists and turns from reality to her ‘show’ were hilarious and made you want to get up there and just give her a hug.
