Amen

What I liked

Solid performances overall. Very creative staging, especially playing with the idea of what God is exactly.

What I didn't like

I found myself confused at times with the story moving so quickly. I’d either want to see the play extended, or have the script focus in more on fewer plot lines and characters.

My overall impression

Amen was an interesting play filled with creativity and commitment from all parties involved. While the story could be confusing at times, it takes chances with what it wants to say, and I really appreciate that.
