What a great show! Hope Levy brings humor, music, singing and enchanment to this strange tale of a forgotten singer-songwriter by the name of Connie Converse. At first I thought Connie Converse was a fictious character, but she's 100% REAL! An ecclectic singer/somgwriter from the 1950s, Connie tried to make it in NYC and after many years and no success, she left, took a job in the midwest- and for years was content--only years later -she up and disappeared--never to be heard from again! I really loved this show! I walked in not knowing what to expect, and discovered that Connie Converse's music is moving and also very funny, her story really intriguing. Best of all was Hope Levy's performance: damn, she can sing!!! I may have to go again before Hollywood Fringe '24 wraps up. Thank you!...

A charismatic view of a unknown songwriter brought to life by Hope Levy. An excellent performance and one I'll never forget. She was stimulating and exciting and so enjoyable to experience. I look forward to seeing more of her own music as I understand she herself has written some incredible songs....
