If you’re reading this, perhaps you know a bit of my story (below) already. I am the creator of the P.E.R.L.O.V.E. Formula. My main goal is that these practices, based on all the gurus and teachers I encountered, live on and flourish long after I am gone.
To that end, I’m not an actor, but rather a mindfulness and meditation coach, speaker, and lecturer based in these practices. Yet, here I am. When the opportunity to perform the LOST FORMULA TO HAPPINESS, an introduction to P.E.R.L.O.V.E., as a performance lecture at the Hollywood Fringe Festival showed up, I could not refuse.
By age 34, the perfect world I’d built to hide my perceived flaws and defects imploded. From that lowest point of my unhappy, anxiety-filled, self-absorbed life, I promised to do better and spent the next twenty years making good on that vow. My search would take me across the country and from coast to coast. I read books, listened to teachings, attended retreats, and took in whatever spiritual instruction I could find. For six years, I practiced Buddhism, in part living in a Dharma house in San Francisco. My quest would evolve into the creation of the P.E.R.L.O.V.E. Formula – a doable and friendly set of mindfulness and meditation practices. Created out of a strong desire to help others who may be as stuck in their negative patterns as I was, today, I have a FREE class recording called, the Lost Formula to Happiness, introducing the P.E.R.L.O.V.E. Practices and available to anyone that signs up for my monthly newsletter. For deeper study into these transformational practices, I conduct a low-cost twice-monthly membership forum. 💜
