MY LIFE IS A SONNET

My Life Is A Sonnet is an exceptionally intelligent and beautifully crafted piece of theater that completely held my attention from beginning to end. This is the kind of solo performance that reminds you how powerful great storytelling can be when placed in the hands of a truly gifted performer. Eric Daniel Weiner delivers a deeply cerebral and emotionally layered performance, navigating themes of love, regret, vulnerability, and self-discovery with remarkable authenticity. WARHOL / FRANKENSTEIN 4D! 2026

I absolutely loved Warhol 4D. This was not simply a theatrical production — it felt like stepping directly inside the beautifully chaotic, brilliantly eccentric mind of Andy Warhol himself. From beginning to end, the show captured the energy, unpredictability, and layered complexity of an artist who quite literally changed the way the world views art, celebrity, and culture. Bold. Experimental. Hypnotic. Exactly the kind of artistic risk-taking Warhol himself would have celebrated. ... full review

Slay Me

As a man who occasionally has the attention span of a fly I generally prefer non solo shows, This show had my attention the whole time. The dark theme also made me nervous but Veronica delivers as great story with extremely emotional acting that held my attention the whole time. The reason for the struggle was very deep and appreciated. She presented a great case for being resilient in the search for hope. ... full review

The Dog Log

This was my first show of the HFF25 . Sometimes you take a deep breath and go to a show to support a great artist and a friend. I had no idea Richard was much more than this. He was able to hold my attention with great wit and charm in his delivery of this story. How interesting could a LOG be? Very interesting in the hands of an able bodied Wordsmith and former English teacher. It was a great time and Bruno had his fingerprints all over this performance. Recommended... full review

MR. BIG (adapted for the stage by Brian Knudson, based on a story by Woody Allen)

Brian was the ultimate Gum Shoe detective. Clever and witty . He delivered jokes that landed with a costar that complimented him while being an extremely funny actress. Groucho was a pleasant surprise and I was edutained unexpectedly but I appreciated it. Sometimes the cerebral content delivered here and else where around the Fringe makes me think I need to take a Night Class... but that aint happening. See at least one Brian Knudson Production before you die. Its worth it... full review

Blow the Man Down: A Sea Shanty Concert

I love this production. Prior to flying in from New Hampshire to attend the Fringe I wanted to make sure I saw this Production. I knew Spencer would deliver. This man is a Hollywood Fringe legend. His enthusiasm for Theater, Production and acting is contagious. The Music made me feel similar to a Hot Chocolate next to a fireplace in a Winter Ski Lodge. This show was the comfort food of Fringe shows. Sea Shantys were a brilliant Musical Theme . I grew up with this kind of Music. I was smiling thro... full review

David Arkenstone's MONA LISA MISSING! THE MUSICAL!

gordon stephen matheson jr · June 16, 2025 certified reviewer
One of the TOP 5 Fringe Shows I've ever seen in my 6 years of Fringe Attendance. I went to Saturdays performance and was so overwhelmed by the entire Production that I returned on Sunday. Do not miss this show so that you will avoid the frustration of hearing the after buzz this Production promises to have for at least the next year. David Arkenstone and Steve Vlasak flex and have focused their unique professional, creative, and mature talents into this show. The cast were all top notch with Voc... full review
