John Brahan

I am an actor, playwright, and musician born and raised in Mississippi. In May 2018, I graduated from The University of Mississippi with a BFA in Acting and BA in Public Policy Leadership. I moved to Los Angeles in June 2018 to participate in the Hollywood Fringe Festival with my two man show, Ain’t That America. Our show won several awards including the sponsored Fight the Power Award. You can check out a review of our show by Ernest Kearny of TVolution:

In the fall of 2017, I had my first full-length play titled IX produced at The University of Mississippi. IX follows a group of college students through a Title IX investigation and explores the dichotomy between sexual misconduct policies and hookup culture.
