The Devil and Billy Markham

Aaron Lyons, dancer Ruth Fox, and a rattlin' three piece band shake Shel Silverstein's epic tale with the swampy, bluesy boogie it's been begging for all these years. Not a single moment passes without you feeling Zenith Emsemble's fire-breathing theatricality. For those who've always wondered if you could out-smart Satan after being blinded by the glint in his eye, this show's for you. --Paul Hoan Zeidler ... full review

A mind tickling and heart thumping workshop of what could be a major production from Steve Altman, the creator of the long running John Lennon musical JUST IMAGINE. For those who like to do a bit of thinking with their laughs, Strand is the man to see. Paul Hoan Zeidler ... full review

CYCLES

Tight writing and pinpoint details underscore the suspense in Robert Litz's CYCLES. Strong performances by Dominic Rains and Alan Rosenberg personalize this story about two brokers in Boston's beat-or-be-beaten real estate market. The play's fitness club setting provides a very cool contrast with the brutal working world of the characters which exists right outside the door. Or does it? A very involving see-saw of power, money and recrimination that's a definite must see.... full review
