This show has love smeared all over it. The characters are clear and vibrant, the casting game-changing, the thematic book-ends concise bits of brilliance, the cutting almost perfect, the performances as true and kind and weighty as deserved, and the direction smooth and wonderfully accessible for the space. In other words, a reimagining of a 400-year-old script that would make Hollywood executives have an "aha!" moment. ... full review

One Man Show: A Duet

Yep. Loved it. These two gents made me laugh and applaud and grin sheepishly for a solid 60 minutes. I even got to punch one of the actors halfway through the show. Boom. Quickly on I found myself completely seduced into rooting for both characters, and their relationships with each other and the "whole" aka Tim. The story was hilariously unimportant, mostly about an average dude who can't get his sh*t together but that's what made me love it even more, that these two crazy halves of a joe shmoe ... full review
