A slick production with solid actors in a play by Academy Award-winning screenwriter, Allan Ball, "Power Lunch" pits man against woman in a fictional relationship where a couple struggle for the upper hand. Mix in a transgender waiter and what you get is 45 minutes of sexual politics and thought-provoking points of view even though the banter is at times too clever for its own good. ... full review

An enthusiastic and talented cast of 16, a hilarious book and toe-tapping tunes make "Pockets" the feel-good musical of this year's Fringe. Cast standouts include the excellent Chris Bramante as "Veegan," Dave Reynolds in various roles, Kat Primeau as "the Dutchess," and Molly Dworsky as "Pockets."
