Incredible, ridiculously ambitious, genuinely hilarious! The amount of work it must have taken to pull off a show of this scope is truly staggering! To write brilliant, dead-on parodies of so many different TV tropes while leaving countless elements to chance for the audience and performers to navigate, and still have it be such an entertaining, fun, cohesive show is mind-bogglingly impressive. I saw it three times, each one completely different, and I would see it a hundred more. There's no othe... full review

A must-see for fans of comic book history, or just fans of great acting and writing! Seeing the Marvel bullpen brought to life was a nerd's dream come true! Surprisingly touching, and a fascinating exploration about the nature of authorship and creativity. You don't even need to know anything about comic books to enjoy this show. It's a remarkable accomplishment and an amazing night out at the theater. Josh Chamberlain is a real talent.... full review

I Am Going to Reveal Something Personal About Myself

My favorite show at Fringe so far. I loved it. A perfect deconstruction of the one-woman show. So funny, so smart, so subversive. And what a brilliant, hilarious, performance by Sarah Dealy! I saw it in the afternoon and couldn't stop thinking about it all day. So good that it almost makes me jealous. And despite the many signatures required of the audience during the show, I am in no way contractually obligated to say any of this.... full review

PartyBoy

Required viewing for all wallflowers! I'm not sure exactly what this show was, but I really enjoyed it. Partyboy was silly, surreal, charming, and secretly deep. I've never seen anyone eat brownies as menacingly. I left feeling confident that my presence there helped Adam be better at parties.... full review

Like the raunchiest episode of Friends they'd never have the guts to air. A fun, breezy, bawdy romcom of a play with some modern kinky twists, and a slam bang ending! A fun night at the theater!... full review

Aztlan: (m)otherland

A challenging, artistic, experimental yet moving work about important themes. It shines a spotlight on a tragic event in LA history that I knew nothing about. The commentary on violence as an entertainment commodity vs. how it affects people in real life was fascinating.I've never seen anything quite like it.... full review

Taya is amazingly talented and this is a hilarious high-wire act showcase of her many comedic gifts. Such a brilliant concept and very fun to watch. I don't know many performers brave enough to even attempt what Taya does in this show, let alone pull it off with such flair. Highly recommended.... full review
