Boston University (almost) graduate MATISSE ROSE just got her BFA in Theatre Arts this May. Acting credits include Alice (The Duchess) Directed/written by Stevan Sater and Duncan Sheik, The Penelopiad (Telemachus) at The Wimberly Theater, Stella Maris (Maddy), Chicago (Roxie Hart), and Hairspray (Amber). Matisse made her TV debut last summer in
Tyrant (Alison) for FX, and her movie debut in Beware the Night for Jerry Bruckheimer Films. Matisse is a member of “Spontaneous Combustion” Boston University’s improvisational comedy team and studies with the Groundlings (intermediate level – professional track) and Upright Citizens Brigade. Matisse also loves playing piano, guitar, and showing off her party trick: eating a raw onion without flinching.
