The drag performances were so strong. There were amazing dance moves from many of the dancers. The gal who did the Selfie song was cracking us up running into the audience to take selfies with us (the show should totally have an instgram account to post them to!) And when (I hope I have the right name) Essence Jete pulled off her wig at the beginning of "Purse First" it had so much power behind that simple gesture of playing off gender identity— here was a man dressed as a woman, not afraid to... full review

By all means, this concept shouldn't be as good as it is. A musical based on bumperstickers? Really? But man oh man, in the hands of Stockdale & Green and the direction of Michele Spears, the subject matter is elevated to approach the humanity that is veiled behind each sticky pop culture slogan. ... full review

If you're a nerd that loves revisionist Shakespeare, this comedy is for you. The play moves along at a nice clip—although the end gets bogged down with tacked on political rhetoric that doesn't seem to fit the mood and tone of the piece up until then. But there are plenty of laughs prior to that, and for those I say "thanks!" ... full review

This show should be titled Nine Dresses: A Study In Identity, because the show delves into how fashion can define us in ways which we weren't even aware. The musical ranges from pop to singer-songwriter to tango. Just like a shopping addict, the shows goes from dizzying highs to terrifying lows. Do see it!... full review
