Chrisanne Eastwood

Chrisanne Eastwood is thrilled to return to the stage after a 20-year absence (stand up so doesn’t count). Film/TV credits include: Think Like a Man, Shameless, Jimmy Kimmel Show, Arli$$. Her most recent film, Baby Steps, is entered in the US Dramatic competition at the 2015 Outfest. Favorite stage roles include “Fraulein Schneider” (Cabaret), “Bloody Mary” (South Pacific), “Hewes” (1776). A seasoned broadcast journalist, she hosted OnTopic with Chrisanne Eastwood on the Q Television Network, and is currently hosting IMRU on KPFK FM. Chrisanne has written for HBO, Advocate, and her comedy sketches appear in Out,Loud, and Laughing (Anchor Books). She’s done a ton of stand up and sketch comedy. Education: Bowling Green State University (BS Education), NYU (MA Educational Theatre). Her performance is dedicated to the memory of Jeanie C., a Chicago native and the best waitress at Canter’s ever!
