ICE CATS: A Dead Mother Traumedy

Really really strong piece - structurally tight as hell, narratively compelling and performed with the perfect blend of humor and pathos by Alli Miller. Alli is such a talented storyteller and she had the entire audience wrapped around her finger. The show is a triumph and a can't miss. ... full review

Wild and full of razzle dazzle - songs are all super catchy and send up different genres of music brilliantly. Performances are iconic. Story is absolutely nuts. Just a really fun and silly 90 minutes at the theatre.... full review

Super fun and engaging. Alex is charming and easy to love - he brings out the best in his guests, and he sells every joke and wise crack with effortless charm. Great band, great graphics, great cameos. All around we were in very good hands. ... full review

I haven't seen this show. I saw an excerpt at this evening's Pick of the Fringe... Woah. Penny is a daring and extraordinary actor.. She glides across the tight-rope separating comedy from tragedy with a felicity that belies the effort and skill it requires to not fall off. Major major major kudos, and I can't wait to see the full show. ... full review

Excuse me, Brendan Hunt? Where the *$%# have you been my whole life??? Everyone needs to stop what they're doing right now and buy a ticket to see this guy give one of the most brilliantly nuanced and fiercely smart comedic performances I have seen this side of Mark Rylance... Full disclosure, I haven't even seen the whole show. I saw about 8 minutes at this evenings Pick of Fringe, and I was literally kicking and screaming with laughter (ask anyone who was there. Kicking and screaming). I might ... full review

Wow! I saw just a little bit of this tonight at Pick of Fringe, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole 8 minutes. Anne Starbuck is a masterful storyteller. She managed to ignite my imagination, break my heart and make me laugh - all with a deceptively easy charm. Her vulnerability and warmth is palpable and extremely compelling. See this show. I'm gonna. ... full review

I just caught a "teaser" of this show at Pick of Fringe tonight, and I LOVED the 8 minutes I saw. I howled and cackled with laughter. In 4 octaves. Get your tickets, see this show.... full review

Amy is a natural story teller, and she zips us through some of the more degrading aspects of a career in acting with humor and optimism. Loved it!... full review
