Linda Mendoza

I am of Mexican American descent, born and raised in Detroit, MI as a Southern Baptist. When I was about 11 and my dad was ill, my mom told me that someone had put a curse on our family. What?! I’m Eleven!
In the dead of winter at the age of 20, I took a leap of faith and moved to California to work for Peaches Records and Tapes. Leaving my family and a Sociology Degree behind for the record business that was booming in 1978 Los Angeles. Then it all came to a crashing halt and after going home to deal with what would definitely be deemed “curse worthy”
I came back out to California and “fell” into television.
I’ve been working in the television business for more than 30 years and I’ve been directing for more then 15 of them. It’s been a long fun road getting there but my true goal with the show is to tour Colleges and guest speak in their TV and Film Departments!
